CONCEPTUALIZATION AND BUSINESS PLAN FOR LA TUCA MOUNTAIN RESORT – SPAIN

PGI Management was responsible for the concept definition, strategy formulation and viability assessment of an all-year-round mountain resort, located in Val d’Aran, a Biosphere Reserve awarded destination.

We worked on different developments and implementations such as definition of the future vision and mission of the resort; research, based on benchmarks, regarding tourist experiences, activities and accommodation and an in-depth study of the business model for the mountain resort.
